Today's media machine is forcing the marketing industry down a darker and darker path, like many industries. Marketing automation, AI, clickbait, and addictive social feeds are just a few reasons why we feel less human after being on our phones for too long.

Luckily, I am not one of those content creators. Staying human-centered is a communication strategy that works time and time again.
